If you are unable to make a phone call: for non-urgent support, email support@crisis24.com, for urgent support use the crisis signal in the C24 app.

The Crisis24 Horizon Mobile app (Download from the Apple App storeGoogle Play) allows travelers to send an emergency “SOS” signal directly to Crisis24. This feature, in conjunction with a messaging feature, can be used to silently alert Crisis24’s security team if, for example, a traveler feels uncomfortable in a taxi or other similar situation.

In the event that a Stanford-sponsored international traveler or Stanford unit supporting an international traveler needs to access Stanford based resources / support, calling the Stanford Travel Emergency Line will connect a caller to the Stanford Global Incident Commander - the on-call Stanford staff member who manages and coordinates campus response to an international incident. 

The Stanford Travel Emergency Line (STEL) is staffed by Stanford's Operator Services Center. Available 24/7/365, STEL operators will identify the caller before warm transferring calls to the appropriate party.

Post-Travel Incident Reporting

 Please let us know if you or a traveler you supported experienced an emergency or incident abroad even if travel has already concluded, the incident is resolved, or it is no longer under your purview.
